The current General Sale Conditions determine the contractual relations between the customers of the website Gicleeportugalprints.com, a website dedicated to print Giclée artwork.
The customers of this website must accept our general sale conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for or use the site.

Gicleeportugalprints.com is owed by Gillian Campbell – Act. Fotográficas, Company Fiscal No. 198 347 413, a company registered in Portugal and based in Tavira – Algarve.
Use of the Site
The site is provided to you and for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the site.
Any changes will be notified on the site and the changes will apply following such notice.

To register on the site you must be over 16 years of age.

All losses and costs resulting from these violations and abuses will be responsible and charged in court.

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services at the site will meet your requirements.
We cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the site you should report it to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.

You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes of any of the materials or content on the site without our consent.
Sale of Products
These terms relate to the sale of products on the website.
All the prices on Gicleeportugalprints.com are expressed in Euros.
All prices for general public are expressed inclusive of VAT (at the applicable rate).
Prices for Retailers are expressed exclusive of VAT.
Every order must be submitted through the contact form, email or by phone. Customers should request a job quote filling the quote form on the contacts page. After accepting the job quote, all art work files must be submitted to complete this process. Upon request, a test strip can be produce for your approval, which must be returned to our services. After 2 to 5 business days (depending on your location) you will receive your fine art print.
Due to international regulations, laws and taxes, we may not ship to every country in the world.

All products are produced on order and shell be shipped 2-5 days after the order. Delivery time depends on shipping companies and country of destination.
While delivery to Portugal will be 2 business days, Europe countries 2-5 days, other countries may be between 5-12 days.
We will always pick best ratio price / delivery time to ship our products.
When accepting your delivery, always check your shipping, making sure everything is according.
Returns of Items
We hope you will be happy with the items that you buy from us. However, if you want to return the goods due to issues with their quality, you may cancel the contract and send the items back to us within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange as long as the goods are in the same condition as they left our offices.
For that please send us an email explaining the reasons and we’ll email you information for returns.
The goods should be returned to us in their original condition and packaged securely as they were shipped to you.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to us unless the item is defective or we have delivered the item to you in error.
If we do not receive the goods in the same condition that we sent them to you in, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
It is advisable to get proof of postage when returning an item.
When we receive the goods, we will refund the price paid by you for that item or, at your request, if the item is defective will repair the item or supply you with a replacement item.
Where you request an exchange, you must pay any fees in respect of any packaging, handling and delivery of the goods to you, unless the goods were returned because they were defective or we are at fault for any reason.
Any personalised item or prints from the customers images will not be refund.
Cancellation and changes prior to delivery
You can request cancel or change any of your current orders prior to production by contacting email@example.com.
Our prefered payment method is bank tranfer, but if customer prefers PayPal is also available.
